Dec 3, 2015; Detroit, MI, USA; Green Bay Packers tight end Richard Rodgers (82) runs past Detroit Lions cornerback Quandre Diggs (28) and middle linebacker Tahir Whitehead (59) during the fourth quarter at Ford Field. Packers win 27-23. Mandatory Credit: Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

TE – Richard Rodgers

Last Game:
Rodgers – 2 targets, 1 catch, 3 receiving yards, 1 TD; 6.30 fantasy points

Rodgers may not have done much in his follow-up to the season-saving catch and yardage totals of that most recent Lions matchup, but that wasn’t a sustainable level of production anyway.

What he did here was show yet again that he is a worthy red-zone option.

While he only caught one pass on two targets, that pass was in the end-zone. That saved what would have been a pitiful fantasy showing following a career-best game.

I see this week as a nice middle-ground, one that I would be thrilled to see become his weekly level of expected production.

Give him a few catches, some decent yardage, and another red-zone score and I’m happy.

Playing the fantasy game with a guy so TD-reliant for a good day is dangerous (ask any James Jones holders), but if he’s your option you probably don’t have one of the few stalwarts available.

Week 15 Predictions:
Rodgers – 5 catches, 70 receiving yards, 1 TD; 13.00 fantasy points
