As the leader of anything you will inherit most of the credit or blame based off human nature.

Although Rodgers’ struggles are indicative of everything I am going to list, his inability to provide success this season raises the first cause for concern. For anybody who follows my work, you know I have full belief in Rodgers’ ability, and have defended him multiple times. But as the season has moved on, it’s finally getting to me that something is seriously wrong with #12.’

Regardless of the struggle or lack of personnel around him, Rodgers has been a disappointment from an expectation standpoint this season. Countless times, he seems to hold onto the ball longer than he needs to, and has made throws that have left you to ponder in disbelief. To sum it all up, it has been a disappointment that Rodgers has not been able to overcome the obstacles presented to him this season.
