#4. Tight End

Richard Rodgers had statistically one of the greatest seasons ever by a member of the Green Bay Packers. His 58 receptions for 510 yards and 8 touchdowns looks good on paper.

It’s the game tape and his time lapses that he virtually disappears that hurts.

Rodgers also lacks the ability to dominate in the red zone.

Unfortunately, this has become a tough year to add talent at this position. Just about every talent prospect who was an underclassmen has decided to return to school. Ted Thompson has to find a way to upgrade this position.

The draft does have a few options.

Hunter Henry the six-foot-six tight end from the University of Arkansas is on the top of every list. Thompson would likely have to spend the 27th overall pick to get Henry, if he is still available.

Austin Hooper from Stanford is a close second behind Henry.

One name to keep an eye on is Jake McGee, from the University of Florida. McGee may be the fastest tight end of the bunch and is also a great blocker. His stock could soar if he has a good week at the Senior Bowl.

He could be a potential instant weapon to Aaron Rodgers’ arsenal.
