#3. Eddie Lacy

Eddie Lacy has his whole future in his hands this offseason.

Mike McCarthy called out the conditioning of Lacy in a season ending press conference. McCarthy stated that Lacy cannot play at his current weight again next season.

Lacy will have to find his dedication to football and a desire to potentially be among the elite running backs in the entire league. Many have questioned his hunger for the game and it could very well be what makes him or breaks him.

During the 2015 season, Lacy only had three rushing touchdowns. Even while hampered by an ankle injury and with the poor conditioning, Lacy still showed flashes of what he can be in this league.

If Eddie Lacy can drop 20-30 pounds in the offseason and be in game shape, he could easily be the best back in the NFL. Lacy has all of the tools and makeup to be a dominant force.

This alone could put the Packers over-the-top.
