With one of the best defenses in football, it is time to address the offensive side. After getting Todd Gurley last year, Treadwell would be another weapon for whoever is behind center next season, and if the Rams make a move for RGIII or any of the other quarterbacks on market, they could be a legitimate contender in the best division in football.
