Dan: The Colts couldn’t protect Andrew Luck for the life of them. Indianapolis has some major issues on their offensive line, and drafting Decker would be the first step in shoring up some of those holes. Decker may not be a top-tier talent at offensive tackle, but he is a solid player that should start immediately in the NFL.
