The most ready linebacker in the draft. Ragland plays with incredible instincts and makes it look like he is a veteran in the league already. He doesn’t have the athleticism other backers in the class have, but he makes up for it all with his strength and ability to shed blocks. There were obvious issues with the middle of the Packer defense and with Clay Matthews moving back outside, it is a need that has to be addressed this offseason. Ragland would be a great fit in Green Bay, and would remind older fans of the Ray Nitschke days.

Dan: Noah Spence, Outside Linebacker, Eastern Kentucky

I love the idea of Spence going to Green Bay. He’s one of the top 3-4 outside linebackers in this draft, and while some will be apprehensive to select him because of his past, Spence has done more than enough at Eastern Kentucky to prove he’s straightened out his life and will approach the game with true professionalism. Spence is simply a rare talent and would add another explosive pass rusher to Green Bay’s roster. Plus, with the potential departure of Nick Perry and Mike Neal this offseason and with Julius Peppers nearing the end of his career, the Packers need to seriously consider finding a young pass rusher to take the reigns opposite of Clay Matthews.
