Dylan: With Josh Norman being a free agent this offseason, and Charles Tillman turning 35 in a couple weeks and potentially retiring, Fuller would fill a spot that could be virtually vacant. He is a little shorter than most coaches would like, but offers tenacity that Ron Rivera would love and is a willing tackler.
