Round #1

27. player. 49.
With players like Reggie Ragland, Darron Lee, and Hunter Henry already off the board, there really weren’t any linebackers or tight ends left with a first round grade, let alone defensive linemen. Instead, I selected the highest-rated player available–Kamalei Correa.

The former Broncos defensive end is an athletic edge defender with tremendous burst and explosion off the line. He’s also quick and agile enough to move well in space and drop back in coverage.

Many believe his best fit in the NFL is as a 3-4 outside linebacker, which would be great for the Packers because with Mike Neal and Nick Perry on the verge of hitting free agency and Julius Peppers close to retirement, Green Bay will need more young pass rushers on their roster.

The best thing about Correa, however, may be his versatility. With similar traits and build as Clay Matthews, he could make the move to inside. <a href=. Outside Linebacker. Boise State. Kamalei Correa
