What ten things would result in a perfect offseason for the Green Bay Packers?

It’s fair to say the 2015 Green Bay Packers fell well short of expectations. The heartbreak in Seattle the season before was expected to catapult the Packers into a bounce-back campaign that would potentially end in Santa Clara for Super Bowl 50. After entering the bye week at a perfect 6-0, they were well on course.

For a number of reasons the Packers were sent into free-fall, finishing 4-6 over the final 10 games, requiring a miracle Hail Mary in Detroit to win one of those. And despite putting on a strong offensive display in the wild-card win over Washington, a second successful Hail Mary wasn’t enough to send Green Bay back to the title game.

Jordy Nelson’s injury played a part, as did a banged up offensive line and struggling Eddie Lacy. But there were issues exposed on the team that need to be overcome in 2016. There are deficiencies on both sides of the ball that GM Ted Thompson must address over the coming months.
