ILB Daryl Smith, Baltimore Ravens

While Daryl Smith wouldn’t be a long-term solution at ILB, he would be an instant improvement over anything that the Packers currently have on the roster.

More from Green Bay Packers Free Agency

Smith, who will be turning 34 by the start of next season, would be a perfect fit to the Green Bay Packers.

He plays sideline to sideline and though he has lost a step in coverage, still would be the Packers best coverage linebacker and is more than capable.

Smith is coming off of his third consecutive season with at least 120 tackles, one or more sacks, and one or more interceptions.

Smith would be a short-term, low risk contract and could help groom the younger linebackers much like he did for C.J. Mosley in Baltimore.
