Jimmy Smith

As per profootballreference.com:

College: Colorado (school history)/(Smith college stats)
Drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the 1st round (27th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft.

Jimmy Smith, a cornerback who has been with the Ravens for six seasons, has been an on-again, off-again performer.

In his five seasons, he has just eight interceptions and 46 passes defensed. Last season and 2013 were the only years he played in all 16 games. He does have 169 tackles and 25 assists over that stretch of time. While productive when on the field, those numbers are somewhat suspect, given his first round status.

While Smith went off the board at #27, the Packers swung and missed with their selection of Derek Sherrod with the 32nd pick in the draft. Sherrod was a big body who never caught on immediately and then broke his leg late in his rookie year. He never fully recovered from that injury and after three years the Packers finally gave up on him.
