The former Ohio State defensive captain would bring a physical and savvy presence to the middle of their defense. If the Packers miss out on Ragland in the first round, Perry could be a legitimate option for them on day two of the draft. He may be the second-best linebacker against the run in this class, and he’s also a solid athlete who can drop in coverage.
