4. Josh Sitton (Freddie’s pick)

Hailed as the ironman of the Green Bay Packers’ offensive line, Josh Sitton is one of the toughest players in the league and he’s also one of the most talented. Offensive linemen often go unnoticed on Sundays unless they do something wrong, but Sitton’s three Pro Bowl honors and trio of second-team All Pro selections suggest the league sees it differently.

The best part? Sitton cost the Packers all of a compensatory selection in the fourth round back in 2008. Ted Thompson has made a habit of selecting starting level offensive linemen on day three of the draft. Sitton’s partner in crime, fellow guard T.J. Lang was also a fourth-rounder, as was left tackle David Bakhtiari. Center Corey Linsley was a fifth-round choice two years ago.

Just how good is Sitton? He allowed just 3.5 sacks in 2015, playing in every game. The only starter to allow fewer was Lang, although Sitton played on 8.3 percent more snaps than his teammate at guard. Sitton was ranked sixth among 81 graded guards by Pro Football Focus in 2015, and will remain a key at the heart of the Packers’ offensive line for at least one more year, the final of his current contract.

For a compensatory pick, Thompson didn’t just hit this one out of the park, but out of Wisconsin.
