9. DT Kenny Clark, UCLA

What he would bring to Green Bay: Clark can be an elite run-stopper in the NFL who would be able to play across the Packers’ front three, having played at both nose tackle and five-technique at UCLA.

Clark had some success as an interior rusher last season but might only be a two-down lineman right away in Green Bay. The Packers’ biggest issue has been stopping the run and setting up long third down situations, and Clark would help in this department.

Why the pick would make sense: The Packers need to get more talent along the defensive line, and Clark could come into play at No. 27. This is a deep class at the position, and Clark would be a viable option for Green Bay if some of the other names on this list are already off the board when the Packers pick.

Clark’s ability to play multiple roles along the defensive line would appeal to Dom Capers who likes to move his guys around and get creative. His immediate work would come in strengthening the run defense, but he does have some potential as an interior rusher to like.
