Victor Ochi, OLB

As with most players at this point in the draft, Ochi has concerns, most of which revolve around his size. He also is sort of one-dimensional too, and the players he was matched up against were clearly on a tier below in most cases.

Ochi brings a menacing combination of explosive energy and high-end power though that will serve him well in trying to find a spot on a roster, and teams tend to love players who have that elusive combination of talents. He plays with great passion, stays active, and runs straight through players who don’t match that intensity.

The Packers already added a pass rusher in the third round, but another one couldn’t hurt. Green Bay did well in pass rushing as a group last year (tied for 7th in sacks), but that group has already began to lose pieces (Mike Neal hasn’t been brought back, and probably won’t be) and is set to lose two more at the end of 2016 as of now (old-head Julius Peppers and oft-injured Nick Perry) so continuing to add more potential contributors for the long term would be a smart move by a smart team.
