A lot went wrong for the Green Bay Packers in 2015. Which five players need to bounce back this season?

It was all too good to be true when the Packers hit the bye week at 6-0 last season. Despite entering a blockbuster encounter with the also-unbeaten Broncos in Week 8, we had begun to see the cracks offensively that derailed the season.

A mixture of an inability to defeat press coverage, establish consistency in the run game and convert third downs hurt the offense, and despite the defense looking the best it has done in years, it wasn’t consistent enough to lead the Packers in their overtime defeat to Arizona.

Looking ahead to the new season, which five Packers players need to increase their game to help the team restore its status as an NFC elite? To reach the Super Bowl, the Packers will need to overtake the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals in the pecking order. The 2016 Packers will need to bear a closer resemblance to the 2014 Packers and not the 2015 version.

Here’s five players who must improve this year.
