5. Kevin White

I’m going out on a limb here by picking Kevin White of the Chicago Bears considering the second-year player has never taken an NFL snap. There are a few reasons for picking White at the No. 5 spot.

The first is a lack of talent behind the top four on this list. I didn’t feel comfortable throwing in a Marvin Jones or anyone below No. 2 on the Packers’ depth chart. Stefon Diggs just missed the cut, as did Vikings teammate and rookie Laquon Treadwell.

The second reason for picking White is because he’s going to be a star. A lot of fans and analysts have forgotten about the former seventh overall pick after missing his entire rookie season with injury, but he’s fully healthy and ready to become a dominant target for Jay Cutler on the outside.

When I see White on tape, it’s almost like watching Julio Jones. White has a combination of elite size and speed and he will be a tough cover for defensive backs.

White has the potential to become the top name on this list in the future, but the key is returning to 100 percent and then staying healthy.
