The only question at quarterback is how many the Packers will keep. Aaron Rodgers and Brett Hundley are locks, but will a third quarterback make the 53-man roster?

Joe Callahan and Marquise Williams duel for a roster spot, although the victor’s destiny lies on the practice squad. Roster spots are gold dust, and holding three passers may not be practical.

Leading the quarterback room is two-time MVP Aaron Rodgers. As long as he’s healthy, the Packers will remain in the mix for another Super Bowl title.

Brett Hundley steps up into the backup role previously held by Scott Tolzien. The Packers are confident enough in their second-year passer to hand him the keys to Packers News should Rodgers miss any time.

Hundley has made steady progress since an impressive preseason outing a year ago. Any significant Rodgers injury would threaten to derail the Packers season. Steadying the ship becomes the sophomore’s task should the unthinkable occur.

As long as everyone is healthy, this is Rodgers’ team. Hundley could reach Tom Brady’s level in preseason and it wouldn’t matter: Rodgers runs the show in Green Bay.
