Round 4 – Brian Hill, RB, Wyoming

Hill is a tough, physical downhill runner with good vision out of the backfield. He would immediately give the Packers an early-down runner to feature in their offense.

While Hill does need to make progress on passing downs, he’s still a nice option for Green Bay to replace Eddie Lacy’s physical presence as a punishing back who looks to run over defenders.

At 6-foot-1 and 219 pounds, Hill isn’t nearly as stout as Lacy, but he runs just as hard. He also possesses an effective cutback and he has enough speed to break open a game with a big run downfield. In 2016 alone, he rushed for 1860 yards and 22 touchdowns on the ground.

What he brings to the table as a halfback would complement Montgomery well in the backfield. They could be an effective one-two punch in the Packers offense.
