The Packers didn’t quite play up to standards (theirs or the fans) last season, but they were still able to close it out with a nice run, winning their final eight games to fall one hurdle short of the Super Bowl.

Even with the offseason break, it would be great to see them keep up some of that momentum. Maybe that’s a crazy thing to say, but with Aaron Rodgers at the head of the offense, it’s hard to think they couldn’t do it.

That said, I don’t think the Packers will allow themselves to lose four games in a row again, a number previously unheard of in the Aaron Rodgers era. They’ve lost some key players that I was hoping they would keep—the likes of Eddie Lacy, Micah Hyde and T.J. Lang—so it remains to be seen how the roster will look after next week’s draft.

However, I’m betting that the team goes for an 11-5 record this season. It’s just a game better than last season, which doesn’t feel unreasonable.

Prediction: 11-5
