What are the toughest games on the Green Bay Packers’ 2017 schedule?

The Green Bay Packers rank 18th in strength of schedule heading into 2017. Green Bay’s opponents combined for a total record of 122-132-2, or a winning percentage of .480, last season.

Believe it or not, that’s actually a dramatic increase toward the more difficult side as Green Bay was looking at the league’s easiest schedule at this point a season ago before finishing 2016 with a 10-6 record.

Of course at this point in the year all of this is guess work. There’s so much parity in the NFL that, from season to season, it’s nearly impossible to predict which teams will find success and which will take a step back.

Not that this stops us from trying to predict it anyway.

In 2017, the Packers will face a mix of games that should see them come away with relatively easy double-digit wins, but conversely, they’ll face plenty of difficult matchups from both traditional powerhouses and teams on the rise.

We’ll also see a theme unfold – teams with high-powered offenses that may feature dynamic passing attacks are likely going to give the Packers fits in 2017, especially when those games come on the road.

Here we’ll look at the five toughest games for the Packers in the 2017 season.
