15. Herb Waters

The converted wide receiver might be latest undrafted free agent to develop into a key member of Green Bay’s secondary.

Defensive back’s coach Joe Whitt recently raved about him to Michael Cohen of PackersNews.com by mentioning the second-year player’s height, arm length, balance and ability to bend in and out of his breaks.

Nothing will be handed to Waters, as he’ll be competing with 11 other corners for a roster spot this summer, but the coaches have been impressed thus far and are expecting him to blossom.
