Will the Green Bay Packers retain their NFC North crown? The Lombardi Ave staff have made their predictions ahead of the 2017 season.

Football is back at long last. The Packers kickoff their regular season campaign at home to the Seattle Seahawks this week, but will this road end with another NFC North crown?

The Detroit Lions looked set to win an overdue division title late in the season as Green Bay sat at 4-6. But as the Lions slipped up, losing their final three games, the Packers became untouchable en route to six consecutive victories including a Week 17 trip to Ford Field.

Another season awaits. Will Mike McCarthy’s team make it six division crowns in seven years? Doing so would send the Pack to the playoffs for the ninth consecutive year.

Minnesota started the 2016 season at 5-0, which was even more impressive given the fact they had lost starting quarterback Teddy Bridgewater in preseason. But injuries continued to pile up and it proved too much to overcome, the Vikings slipping to 3-8 in their final 11 games. Will they bounce back and win a second NFC North title in three years?

The Packers are the favorites, but will they pull it off? Let’s make our predictions.
