Packers: Positives, negatives from Week 9 loss to Lions

Positive: Vince Biegel

Fourth round pick Vince Biegel finally got on the field on Monday night after missing the first seven games of the year due to injury.

The rookie had been placed on the PUP list in training camp. Biegel didn’t make an impact on the field, but finally at least saw some action in his first NFL game.

Clay Matthews and Nick Perry have had their worst seasons as Packers.

Ahmad Brooks has been in-and-out of the lineup with various injuries. Chris Odom and Kyler Fackrell have looked awful.

Green Bay is hoping Biegel can become the pass rushing presence the team desperately needs at edge rusher.

The team will likely address this position with multiple draft picks in this coming year’s draft, but Biegel should get some more action the rest of this season.
