Mike McGlinchey. 18. player. 36. . T. Notre Dame

After getting rid of many key players, the Seahawks have an extensive list of needs to be addressed.

The Seahawks very well could go for Josh Jackson or Mike Hughes here, since they released just about every cornerback on the team that took up a majority of snaps on defense last season.

I believe they shore up a position that has really hurt them for a couple of seasons, which is offensive tackle. McGlinchey could play at either right tackle or left tackle and has the skills to start right away.

The Seahawks are going to need to load up on defensive draft picks in this draft, but grabbing a player in the first round to keep your franchise quarterback off his back, is never a bad idea.

. CB. Iowa. Josh Jackson. 19. player. 123

There are many ways the Cowboys could go with this pick, especially on the defensive side of the ball. I don’t think that cornerback is even their biggest need on the defense, but I don’t think they could pass up a playmaking corner at this point.

They have some pretty good, young cornerbacks in Jourdan Lewis, Chidobe Awuzie, and Anthony Brown, but they only had four interceptions from their cornerback group last season.

Jackson is arguably the best cornerback in this class and certainly possesses major playmaking habits. Plain and simple, this defense must create more turnovers, and Jackson can definitely help in that aspect. Creating more turnovers allows this team to get back their bread and butter on offense, pounding the ball up the middle with Ezekiel Elliott and grinding down the clock.
