Overview: Denzel Ward was the consensus top cornerback on the four writer’s draft boards. He’s a top-10 talent and will probably be drafted before the Packers pick at 14.

Three writers viewed Josh Jackson as the second-best corner, while one ranked him fourth. While many view him as first-round prospect, many in draft media vary on how whether or not Jackson will be a true impact player in the NFL.

Jaire Alexander ranked as high as second on one writer’s board, while two writers viewed him as the third best corner, and another one had him ranked fifth. Mike Hughes and Isaiah Oliver rounded out the rest of the top-five on each draft board.

Corners #6-10 varied quite a bit from writer to writer. All four mentioned Carlton Davis and Donte Jackson, but they ranked anywhere from sixth to 10th.

Quenton Meeks, MJ Stewart, and Anthony Averett were ranked in three of the writers’ boards, while only two writers viewed Duke Dawson as a top-10 corner, preventing him from the making the top-10 on the composite board.
