Green Bay Packers game-by-game predictions for 2018 season
Week 12: at Minnesota Vikings
The final game of a tumultuous stretch for the Packers ends in Week 12 in Minnesota. On the other side, this is the Vikings’ last home game of a stretch that included four out of six home games and their bye week.
Since the Vikings opened their new stadium, the Packers haven’t been able to come out with a victory. It is also the site that effectively ended Aaron Rodgers’ 2017 season.

Rodgers has yet to lose to the Vikings three times in a row while playing in Minnesota. The Packers are coming off an extended week otherwise known as a “second bye”. As previously stated, under Mike McCarthy, the Packers are 9-3 coming out of bye weeks.
Lastly, the Vikings spent a lot to solve their quarterback issues. The one thing that they forgot to solve was their offensive line issues. By drafting another cornerback during the first round, they neglected to fill their biggest need.
Yes, they did draft an offensive lineman in the second round, but they passed up top talent to draft a position of strength.
Prediction: Packers 27, Vikings 24 (8-3)
