Quarterbacks

Aaron Rodgers – 97 overall

The great Aaron Rodgers was the second-highest rated quarterback going into Madden 18 and remained there, behind Tom Brady, after the season finished. Most players would take a hit to their ratings after missing time with an injury, but it’s no secret that Rodgers is still one of the best in the world at what he does. If his rating is anything lower than a 97, which should put him right next to Brady, I would be incredibly disappointed.

DeShone Kizer – 75 overall

Kizer finished a rough rookie season as a 73 overall rated player in Madden. A move from Cleveland to Green Bay, as well as a move from rookie status to sophomore status, should help increase some of his attributes just enough to bump his rating. He won’t be forced into playing time right away like he was in Cleveland and it’s debatable if that could help or hurt his rating. Regardless, Kizer is still very talented and has a lot of potential.

Brett Hundley – 72 overall

The mystery is gone for Hundley and I think it’s going to hurt him in the game as much as in real life. He was potentially seen as a good backup option until he was actually forced into playing time. Now teams have a pretty good idea of what he is. If he’s going to be seen as a good second option he will have to improve. Currently, he’s the third best quarterback on the Packers’ roster. He should be comfortably behind Kizer.
