Which Green Bay Packers players should you start, sit in fantasy Week 2 against the Minnesota Vikings?

The first week of fantasy football is in the books. Every year is always tough for Week 1, not knowing who is going to get the ball more or whether a team has made vast improvements from the previous year.

The New York Jets defense certainly surprised us all with their complete beatdown on the Detroit Lions on Monday night. The Cleveland Browns shocked the football world by not recording a loss in their home opening debut. They didn’t record a win either, but at least it’s progress.

Ryan Fitzpatrick racked up points on the majority of fantasy owners’ benches. Ju Ju Smith-Schuster is proven to be a great WR2. Josh Gordon caught his first touchdown pass in nearly three years. The entire Tennessee Titans offense became a massive disappointment to everyone. These are just a few things that stirred up some shock and awe for Week 1.

The first week is always difficult for fantasy owners. Some teams start off a little slow while they figure out their identity. Head coaches split carries with running backs to figure out who is capable of being the major workhorse for the team.

Some quarterbacks have to adjust to new offensive schemes, and some offensive schemes have to adjust to the new quarterbacks. The first few weeks will start off bumpy for player projections, but the road smooths out sooner than later.

Anyone who plays fantasy football will know that matchups are important. The Green Bay Packers have a difficult matchup against the Minnesota Vikings this week.

A divisional game against one of the top defenses in the entire league is nothing to just gloss over. For anyone who owns a Packers player on their roster and obtaining migraines on whether to start or sit them, allow me to break it down for some clarity.
