After a disappointing effort against Washington, the Green Bay Packers head home to take on the Buffalo Bills. Hoping to right the ship, they will take on a team that can lay claim to the biggest upset of the early season, as they shocked the Vikings 27-6 in Week 3.

Rookie Josh Allen will look to expand upon his breakout game last week and should get some help in the form of the returning LeSean McCoy.

McCoy, who has been battling a rib injury, expects to play.

“I’m playing this week. There’s still some pain but I felt good today. I’m ready to go out and get this thing going again,” McCoy said, according to Bills’ official Twitter account.

The now 30-year-old has had a rough start to the earlier part of his 10th season. Not only has he been struggling with the aforementioned rib injury, but he has struggled to get any traction behind an offensive line that has its fair share of questions.

Pro Football Focus ranks McCoy the 32nd best running back through the first three weeks of the season. In the two games he’s played, McCoy only has 61 yards on 16 carries.

For the Packers, it will be another week of concern over Aaron Rodgers‘ knee injury.

Rodgers dealt with a considerable amount of pressure against the Redskins. He was sacked four times, and was seen grimacing when he was flushed from the pocket and forced to run.

To alleviate the potential for pressure from the likes of Kyle Williams and Star Lotulelei, the Packers will continue to try and have Rodgers get rid of the ball quickly.

An additional weapon Rodgers can use to ease the pressure is Aaron Jones. The second-year running back out of UTEP, rushed for 42 yards on just six attempts last week.

While a seven-yard-per-attempt average is certainly unsustainable, Jones may be the back that can provide consistency going forward.

Not since Eddie Lacy — before his weight issues led to his exit from Green Bay — have the Packers had a back that was capable of helping Rodgers by taking the ball out of his hands.

Along with Williams and Lotulelei, Rodgers will get his first look at Bills rookie Tremaine Edmunds. The 20-year-old led his team in tackles last week against the Vikings with 10, and seems to be starting to come into his own.

Though it is only Week 4 of the 2018 campaign, Rodgers and Co. will be looking to get their season back on track. The Bills, who allowed 40 points to the Ravens opening weekend, proved last week that they should not be overlooked.
