24. Detroit Lions (1-3)

By the time Matt Patricia realizes Kerryon Johnson is by far the best running back on the Detroit Lions roster, it might be too late. Johnson only had nine carries against the Cowboys, putting up 55 yards and a touchdown. The Lions have already lost three games and face a tough schedule. It’s almost must-win time against the Packers next week.

23. Seattle Seahawks (2-2)

Just like that, the Seattle Seahawks have two consecutive victories and are back on track. But this was anything but a convincing win, and Seattle now enters a tough Week 5 matchup with the LA Rams.

22. Cleveland Browns (1-2-1)

The Cleveland Browns have been in four close games, and could easily be sat here at 4-0. But the Browns continue to find ways to throw away victories, and they did so again in an overtime loss to Oakland. It was an up-and-down performance by Baker Mayfield in his first start, but he has the potential to be a very good player in the NFL.

21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-2)

It was fun while it lasted. The Ryan Fitzpatrick era is over after throwing for just 126 yards, no touchdowns and an interception. Jameis Winston was also picked off twice when he entered the game. The most worrying part of this game for Tampa Bay was the defense, which gave up six passing touchdowns and 483 total yards to a Bears offense that had struggled in the opening three games.
