1. Kyler Fackrell

The Packers have been waiting for a game like this from Kyler Fackrell since drafting him three years ago in the third round. Fackrell’s three sacks in the game ties his career-high for a season.

Fackrell used more hustle than technique to get his sacks but all three count just the same. Fackrell also used his speed to make a tackle. With the pocket collapsing, Josh Allen took off up field only to have Fackrell take him down from behind.

Fackrell hasn’t done much on defense for the Packers since coming into the league as a third-round draft pick in 2016. In a season where the Packers have been lacking an outside pass rush, this was a good sign.

Yes, this was a rookie quarterback who seemed lost and confused. A better quarterback will not hold the ball as long and be able to decipher coverages quicker. But anytime you get three sacks from a player, it cannot be overlooked.

For Fackrell, like the rest of the defense, this game can be used as a confidence booster going into Detroit.

Matthew Stafford will be a harder player to take down. But if Fackrell can carry over the hustle he displayed versus the Bills, he could be in position to make more plays.
