2. Mason Crosby

Kickers aren’t usually thought of until they start missing kicks. Well, Mason Crosby did that in spades last week against the Lions, missing four field goals and an extra point attempt.

Crosby needs to have a good game and put the misses from last week behind him. He can’t let this linger any further. The Packers will need Crosby to be the reliable kicker he has been.

Crosby has been able to put bad performances behind him. His 2012 season was full of misses and it was thought then he wouldn’t be on the team after the season.

The Packers stuck it out and Crosby rewarded them for their faith making many big kicks in the years that followed. Crosby will need to show the same type of resiliency and get back to making kicks.

The team cannot afford to leave 13 points off the board playing the way they are at the moment. The red zone woes of the Packers become even more detrimental when you can’t even come away with three points.

The weather is getting colder and the elements will make kicking more difficult. Having a kicker that is stuck in a rut could be the difference in the Packers season.
