Three keys to a Packers victory against the Dolphins in Week 10

3. Get off to a fast start
For some reason or another, good or even decent starts to games have been extremely hard to come by this season.
The season as a whole has simply gotten off to a rocky start. When Randall Cobb was interviewed about this topic earlier this week, his words rang true:
“We’ve lost games before here, but this just feels different,” Cobb said, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky. “And it doesn’t feel good. It’s not fun. But we’ve got to figure something out.”
Cobb mirrored the thoughts of many fans. This season’s struggles have been more radical than in years past, especially with the offense, which is completely foreign to us Packer fans.
There have been bright spots, like the touchdown to MVS in Los Angeles or the comeback against Chicago, but the offense’s dry spells have been tough to watch.
Some fairly drastic changes need to take place in order to turn around this season before it completely falls apart.
I believe this all starts with a great first quarter against Miami. The Packers need to come out and smack the Dolphins in the mouth (not literally, as Jermaine Whitehead can attest to) right off the bat. A strong first couple of drives is where the turnaround can begin.
One strong drive can turn into a strong quarter, which turns into a strong half, which turns into a win, which hopefully can be replicated the following week, and suddenly the high-powered offense we’ve come to know and expect may be resurrected.
