Packers-Dolphins three takeaways: Aaron Jones stars in victory
Three takeaways from the Green Bay Packers’ Week 10 win against the Miami Dolphins.
The Green Bay Packers desperately needed a win, and they finally got one against the Miami Dolphins.
It’s a victory that potentially saves the Packers’ season. They now improve to 4-4-1 with road games against the Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings coming up in the next two weeks.
After two frustrating losses to the LA Rams and New England Patriots, the Packers put together a much better performance against the Dolphins. Green Bay remains undefeated at Lambeau Field this season, 4-0-1 at home. The only game the Packers didn’t win was the Week 2 tie with the Vikings.
The Packers scored four touchdowns on Sunday against the Dolphins. Aaron Jones had two, the first two-touchdown game of his career. Davante Adams also had two. That’s about the 100th time he’s scored twice in a game this season. Adams continues to prove why he’s one of the league’s top wide receivers.
Green Bay’s defense also played well in this game. The Packers have improved on this side of the ball since the bye week. That’s important with two tough road games coming up next.
