3. Equanimeous St. Brown

There have been better days had by rookie receivers this season. Equanimeous St. Brown has even had better games himself in 2018, but looking at the way he was targeted before he left with an injury, it seems he was in store for a bigger day. St. Brown finished the night with three catches for 53 yards.

St. Brown left the game right before the half with an elbow injury. Although he returned, it was clear he was affected by the injury. St. Brown could be seen on camera trying to shake it off and then leaving the field when trying to push off a Vikings corner.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling was nearly non-existent, catching only one pass for three yards. The Vikings were clearly planning on taking him out of the game.

The Packers have hit on two playmakers at the wide receiver position in this draft. St Brown, MVS and Aaron Rodgers still have to work through their connection issues and that will come with time together.

With so much negativity coming out of the season, the rapid development of these two receivers has been a bright spot.
