Green Bay Packers fans should be optimistic about their team entering 2019. We’ve got three reasons why.

The 2018 season has been one to forget for the Packers, but the good news is that it’s almost over. Christmas is here, and in just a week we’ll be entering a new year. And it’ll be an interesting one for the Packers.

The upcoming offseason will feature a lot of change for this team. A year ago president Mark Murphy made a change at general manager. Now we know the Packers will have a new head coach for the 2019 season.

Gutekunst made a promising start as GM. His first draft pick looks to be a good one; Jaire Alexander has the potential to become one of the league’s best cornerbacks. Alexander has put together a strong rookie season.

Gutekunst’s move to get Alexander took place shortly after he traded down in the first round, adding an extra first-round pick for the upcoming draft.

It’s been a long, frustrating season for the Packers, but as it’s Christmas, it’s time for some positivity ahead of what’s going to be one of the most important offseasons for this team in a number of years. Here are three reasons to be optimistic heading into 2019.

But before we start, I’d like to wish all of our readers a Merry Christmas! Thank you to you all for reading. Now let’s begin.
