A roundup of the latest Green Bay Packers articles for Monday, January 7.
Good morning and welcome to the Packers News Report. The wild-card round is complete, meaning just eight teams remain. For the Green Bay Packers, the start of a new week means the search for the next head coach continues.
And Josh McDaniels could be the choice. Rob Demovsky of ESPN reported on Sunday that McDaniels “remains very much a possibility”. Demovsky noted that the team will be deciding which candidates to bring back for second interviews on Monday.
McDaniels would be my choice. It would be exciting to see what offense he would build in Green Bay, and I’d love to see him work with Aaron Rodgers.
It’s possible we’ll get a clearer idea who the next head coach will be this week.
