If the Packers were hoping to sign Kansas City Chiefs edge rusher Dee Ford this offseason, now it’ll have to be via a trade. As Adam Schefter of ESPN reported on Saturday, the Chiefs are placing the franchise tag on Ford. But while he won’t hit free agency, Schefter noted that the Chiefs are willing to trade him.
