9. Buffalo Bills: D.K. Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss

The Bills are still looking for outside talent after striking out in the Antonio Brown sweepstakes. Adding D.K. Metcalf and the speed that comes with him will give Josh Allen a receiver that fits his strengths.

10. Denver Broncos: Ed Oliver, DL, Houston

John Elway can be a hard general manager to read. I could honestly see him taking anyone from Mizzou’s Drew Lock here (who fits Elway’s prototypical QB measurements) to an offensive lineman like Jawaan Taylor or Jonah Williams, but going best available player here would be a smart move.

In the end, drafting Ed Oliver would be a safe pick that could give the Broncos the dominant interior defensive line force they have been looking for since Malik Jackson‘s departure.

11. Cincinnati Bengals: Jonah Williams, OL, Alabama

The Bengals offensive line has been neglected on the outside recently, and adding a versatile guy guy like Jonah Williams could fix that.

12. Green Bay Packers: T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa

The Packers front office loves Iowa players, and they have been fairly successful drafting them over the years. Matt LaFleur loves two-TE sets, and Hockenson would give this offense a tight end who can catch and block very well.

It’s fairly clear that Brian Gutekunst values the tight end position far greater than his predecessor Ted Thompson did after he spent a large sum of money on Jimmy Graham last offseason.

13. Miami Dolphins: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

The Dolphins could always acquire a quarterback before the draft, but as of right now quarterback is the biggest need on their roster. Adding Drew Lock could give them a fresh start at this position.

I wouldn’t count out a Miami trade-up scenario if they fall in love with Haskins or Murray.

14. Atlanta Falcons: Christian Wilkins, DL, Clemson

The Falcons appear relatively set on the offensive side of the ball, so my guess is they will opt for some sort of defensive talent here. Wilkins is a great leader who would be a perfect fit on the defensive line.

15. Washington Redskins: Greedy Williams, CB, LSU

Washington has already spent boatloads of money on its secondary this offseason, and I wouldn’t be surprised if their want to elevate their secondary carries into the draft.

Williams is a polarizing talent, but LSU is considered by some to be “DB-U”, and Washington could fall in love with Greedy’s upside.

16. Carolina Panthers: Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida

The Panthers need to keep Cam Newton healthy. If they neglect the offensive line position in the draft it will increase the likelihood that Newton suffers another injury (something that could derail the franchise).

Jawaan Taylor would give much-needed help to the exterior of the offensive line.
