1. Chicago Bears

The Green Bay Packers have dominated the oldest rivalry in football for many years, but no longer. Not only are the Chicago Bears the NFC North champions, but they should’ve swept the Packers last season. They did end their losing streak against Green Bay at Soldier Field with a 24-17 win, but they threw away 20-0 lead at Lambeau in the season opener.

What we already know is that these two teams will kick off the 2019 NFL season on Thursday, Sept. 5. That will be a primetime game. But if both teams are contending for the division title, there’s a good chance the meeting at Lambeau Field will also be in primetime.

The full regular season schedule will likely be released at some point in mid-April, so until then we won’t know when this game will take place. If it’s in Week 17, there’s the possibility it will be for the division title. Although, maybe it’s a little early to consider the Packers playoff contenders.

The Packers aim to make it back to the postseason in 2019, and a winning season will make them a top choice for primetime games.
