With less than a week to go, a common theme in mock drafts is the Green Bay Packers using a first-round pick on an offensive lineman.

T.J. Hockenson and Noah Fant have been popular selections for the Green Bay Packers in mock drafts throughout the offseason, as has Ed Oliver.

But while Fant does make an appearance this week, the other two don’t, and there has been an increase in offensive linemen being picked for the Packers in the first round. Considering the interest the team seems to be showing in fixing the offensive line, it makes a lot of sense.

Here’s the latest mock draft roundup with six days to go.

Chad Reuter (NFL.com)

I’m sure Aaron Rodgers would be a big fan of Chad Reuter’s latest mock draft for NFL.com. In the first round, the Packers first improve the offensive line with Alabama tackle Jonah Williams. As Reuter notes, he could also play at guard for Green Bay. Later in the round, the Packers bring in Iowa’s Noah Fant, giving the offense the big-play tight end it needs.

Fant at No. 30 would be a dream scenario for the Packers. This would be a perfect start to the draft.

Ryan Wilson (CBS Sports)

Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports also has Green Bay using a first-round pick at tackle, but he instead predicts it’ll be Kansas State’s Dalton Risner with the No. 30 pick, the Packers going defense at No. 12 with Florida State edge rusher Brian Burns. On Day 1, GM Brian Gutekunst could select a future starting tackle and also add even more talent to the pass rush with Burns.

Jenny Vrentas (Sports Illustrated)

Jenny Vrentas of Sports Illustrated has the Packers using both first-round picks on offense. First up is Florida tackle Jawaan Taylor, who is one of the best offensive linemen in the class and an ideal replacement for Bryan Bulaga in the near future.

At No. 30, the Packers improve the wide receiver corps with A.J. Brown, who would be a perfect fit in Matt LaFleur’s offense.

Luke Easterling (Draft Wire)

It’s defense first in Luke Easterling’s latest mock draft for Draft Wire with the Packers selecting one of the best LBs in the class, Michigan’s Devin Bush. Bush would be tough to pass up if he’s still there at No. 12.

Yet another mock draft has Green Bay addressing the offensive line early. Easterling predicts it’ll be a guard at No. 30 with Boston College’s Chris Lindstrom. I love the Lindstrom pick — he could be a starting guard for many years in Green Bay.
