Which three players will bounce back for the Green Bay Packers in 2019?

The Green Bay Packers fell well short of expectations in the 2018 season, and the only way is up after winning just six games, and only one away from Lambeau Field, last year. For Green Bay to get back into contention for a playoff berth, they’ll need a few key players to bounce back this season.

There are certainly enough reasons to be optimistic. GM Brian Gutekunst has brought in talented players on both sides of the ball, and he’s used free agency and multiple high draft picks to do so. With the offseason additions and the returning players entering year two in Mike Pettine’s scheme, the defense could see major improvements this season. Offensively, a new scheme led by head coach Matt LaFleur could be the key to lifting the Packers back near the top of the rankings.

But even after the coaching changes and offseason moves, the Packers simply need to play better football than they did a year ago. That means finding a way to win close games (the Packers lost six games by a touchdown or less last season).

To do so, a few players will need to bounce back in 2019. Here are three players I predict will do just that.
