Who are the top five Green Bay Packers players to consider in fantasy football this season?

The Green Bay Packers often have many high-scoring fantasy football players, and that’s a result of their offense, which has regularly been among the league’s best with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback.

Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb were both WR1s in the same season back in 2014, and Rodgers has regularly been the highest-scoring quarterback in fantasy.

But which Packers players should you consider drafting in 2019? While a new play-caller and head coach will be running the offense in Matt LaFleur, the Packers will feature many of the same players from last season.

5. Geronimo Allison, WR

It may have been a small sample size, but Geronimo Allison proved he’s more than capable of taking on a bigger role in the Packers offense in 2018 after being a backup for most of his career. With Jordy Nelson gone last season, Allison started four games and caught 66.7 percent of his targets, a career-best.

Through the first four weeks last season, Allison was ranked 28th among wide receivers, making him a WR2, according to Fantasy Pros. And you have to wonder how much better he could’ve been had he not got injured early in the year.

Allison will likely be available late in fantasy drafts, so he’s well worth picking up.
