Wide receivers (7)

It might be unlikely the Packers keep seven wide receivers on the final 53-man roster, but it’s hard to not include any of them.

No introduction is needed for Davante Adams, who continues to lead the way at wide receiver for the Packers. But that’s where the competition begins.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling has been praised by Aaron Rodgers this offseason, and he could earn a starting job at training camp. Adams also spoke highly of MVS, saying that LaFleur’s offense “is really catered for a guy like him”, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky.

Geronimo Allison will be looking to build on the fast start he made to 2018 before getting injured. Equanimeous St. Brown could be a great fit in LaFleur’s offense. Jake Kumerow has Rodgers’ trust and will be looking to match last year’s impressive training camp.

J’Mon Moore needs to improve on last year, but will the Packers give up on a 2018 fourth-round pick before he gets a chance to prove himself in a new offense? Trevor Davis will also have the opportunity to prove himself on offense, and we already know how important a role he plays on special teams.

The Packers may decide to only keep six wide receivers, but it won’t be an easy choice to decide who misses out on the 53-man roster.
