4. Jimmy Graham, Tight End

Jimmy Graham’s first year in Green Bay didn’t go according to plan, but he has a chance to put that right in 2019. Graham used to be one of the league’s premier tight ends, but he was nowhere near that level last season.

The good news is that Graham has now played with Aaron Rodgers for a year. And, according to Mike Spofford of Packers.com, Rodgers also believes the new offense will suit Graham. Here’s what Rodgers said, according to Spofford:

"“I think this offense sets up really good for him. It gives him opportunities to win with his routes and then situations like (today), to win with his athletic ability and his speed.”"

At training camp, it’ll be clear whether Rodgers and Graham are on the same page and whether they are able to find success up against a much improved defense in its second season working in Mike Pettine’s system.

If the new offense does suit Graham, he could reach the level the Packers expected when they signed him, and the team could have finally found its answer at tight end. And that’s exactly what this offense needs.

Graham will be a player to watch at training camp and it’ll be interesting to see how he’s used in LaFleur’s offense.
