Power ranking the NFC North offenses ahead of the 2019 season.
It’s been an offseason of change on offense for three teams in the NFC North. The Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings have all made changes at offensive coordinator ahead of the 2019 season.
The Packers made the biggest changes, hiring Matt LaFleur as the new head coach. He’ll be joined by Nathaniel Hackett at offensive coordinator.
The Lions replaced Jim Bob Cooter with Darrell Bevell at offensive coordinator. The Vikings hired Kevin Stefanski as their new offensive coordinator after he replaced John DeFilippo as the interim offensive coordinator last season.
But will these coaching changes lead to improvements on offense in the NFC North? The division is loaded with quarterback talent with Aaron Rodgers, Matthew Stafford, Kirk Cousins and Mitch Trubisky all playing in the NFC North. Despite that, only one team, the Chicago Bears, made the playoffs in the 2018 season.
Looking ahead to the 2019 season, which kicks off in less than two months, which team has the best offense in the NFC North? We’ll review last season’s statistics, look at the key player for each team and also an outlook for each offense entering the new season.
With that said, let’s begin our power rankings for the NFC North offenses in 2019.
