Packers roundup: Looking ahead to Vikings in Week 2
A roundup of the latest Green Bay Packers articles for Monday, Sept. 9.
Welcome to the Packers News Report.
Week 1 of the new season comes to an end tonight with two games. The New Orleans Saints meet the Houston Texans first, before the Oakland Raiders take on the Denver Broncos. For the Green Bay Packers, it’s been a successful start to the regular season.
They are tied for first place in the NFC North with the Minnesota Vikings. The Chicago Bears are of course 0-1 after losing to Green Bay at home, while the Detroit Lions hilariously threw away an 18-point lead in the second half to tie with the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
This makes Sunday’s showdown with Minnesota all the more interesting. And that game is the focus of the Packers News Report today, with a couple of great articles from Dairyland Express.
