The Green Bay Packers have a short turnaround against a tough team. Which players will shake off the soreness and help the Packers against the Philadelphia Eagles?

The Eagles are a wounded animal. Coming off two straight losses, this NFC East powerhouse is looking to get things turned around.

The Eagles are a banged-up team. Philadelphia is battling injuries at every level of their team. The defense is down a starting lineman in Tim Jernigan and cornerback Ronald Darby. On offense, the Eagles will be without deep threat DeSean Jackson, and Alshon Jeffery could be playing through injury.

If there is a team that can overcome this type of adversity, it’s the Eagles. After all, this is the team that won a Super Bowl with a backup quarterback and came within one score of reaching the NFC Championship Game after a 4-6 start last season.

With the Cowboys playing some of the best football in the NFC in this young season, Philadelphia can ill-afford to lose another game.

Coach Doug Pederson has proven to be an excellent coach in his short time as an NFL head coach. He will have this team ready and won’t allow for injuries to be an excuse.

On defense, Jim Schwartz is no stranger to the Packers. As the Lions head coach for four seasons, he’s familiar with the skill set of Aaron Rodgers. He likes to bring pressure from a 4-3 base and has some talent to work with.

It won’t be easy, especially on a short week. These five players will need to bring it to get the Packers to 4-0.
